The Russian and Iranian regimes have secretly entered into “sordid deals” according to the British government, in what the Biden Administration has described as an “unprecedented” level of cooperation in recent months. On Friday, US National Security Advisor John Kirby reported that "Iran has become Russia's top military backer.”
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) fired dozens of ballistic missiles, artillery shells, and launched several kamikaze drones into Iraqi Kurdistan last week, targeting five different sites associated with Iranian Kurdish parties. At least 14 people were killed in the strikes, including a pregnant mother and an American citizen. Over 50 people were injured.
